Returns and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of the products, no continence products are able to be returned so please choose carefully.
You may return, most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery for a refund (less the original shipping costs) and restocking fee.
If the return is a result of an error by Fortis Independence i.e. incorrect product, we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns for any other reason will be payable by the customer unless outlined above.
Please contact us before returning any products. At the time of the return request you will be notified of the return address so you can send the product to our warehouse.
The product is required to be unopened and we are to be notified within 10 days of the delivery date. A refund less the original freight cost will be provided, however they must be in a resale-able condition. We don't cover change of mind or products which have been opened or trial used.
You should expect to receive your refund generally within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, this will depend on the time the courier takes to return the product. This time includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper and bank process times. In many cases it can be up to 15 working days for the entire process.
